To use UniPerks, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Be a current student enrolled in an educational institution in Pakistan.
  • Provide accurate information for verification, including student credentials.

3. Account Registration

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false information or misuse is detected.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality.

Prohibited Activities:

All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, and designs, belongs to UniPerks or Brands and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free offers. UniPerks is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of the platform or transactions with Brands.
